Grinberg Ruslan Semenovich was born in 1946. His specialty is “Economics of foreign countries”. He completed postgraduate studies at the Moscow State Institute of Fine Arts Plekhanov. Our hero is awarded the Order of Friendship, and also has the medal "850 Years of Moscow" and "Veteran of Labor". He was awarded an honorary diploma of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences and a mark of the Institute of Economics. Under the guidance of our hero, 4 doctoral dissertations were prepared. In 2012, he was elected to the Public Chamber.
