The Moscow Metro is a network of rail underground lines that form the intracity public transport system. It is one of the largest in the world. It is also the oldest metro in Russia and the former USSR. The appearance of the Moscow metro dates back to May 15, 1935. Now its network consists of 14 lines and 222 stations. Of these, 44 are objects of cultural heritage.

In the future, the metro will be increased by another 29 stations, and the total length of lines will increase by 55 kilometers.

Troparevo station is one of the Moscow metro stations. When the Troparevo metro station opens, or rather, when it opened, it is now known. Many passengers have already taken advantage of her services. Thus, the question of when the Troparevo metro station will be opened is no longer for them. Now the station is operating normally.

The article answers the question of when the Troparevo metro station will open?

Moscow metro lines

The metro consists of 14 lines, which are indicated by numbers in colored circles. This allows you to visually distinguish them from each other. Some lines continue to be completed. Those are the Big Ring, Lublin-Dmitrovskaya, Solntsevskaya, Zamoskvoretskaya. However, plans may include the completion of other lines. The main part of the metro lines passes through the central areas of the city. Only Butovskaya and Kakhovskaya are on its outskirts.

The main part of the tracks and stations is located underground. However, part of the Butovo and Filevskaya lines go along the surface of the earth or above it.

Despite the development of the subway, passenger traffic is gradually decreasing. So, from 2000 to 2005, the metro passed through over 3200 million passengers a year. Now - up to 2300-2500 million people.

Sokolniki Metro Line

Troparevo station is located on the Butovo line of the Moscow metro. This is the oldest line, which used to be called the Kirov-Frunzenskaya line. It passes through the center of Moscow and has a direction southwest - northeast. In the metro map, it is red and indicated by the number 1 in a red circle.

The total length of the line is 32.5 km. There are 22 stations on it. A metro train runs from one end to the other in 51 minutes. The line is quite diverse. There are both deep and shallow-lying areas. There is a small area on the surface.

Troparevo metro station

Location of the station: the former terminal at the southwestern end of the Sokolnicheskaya line. Now it is between the Rumyantsevo and Yugo-Zapadnaya stops. The opening date of the Troparevo metro station is December 8, 2014. At that time, it became the 196th Moscow metro station. This was the first extension of the Sokolniki line since 1990.

Until January 18, 2016, it was final, but after that the Rumyantsevo station became final. Thus, Troparevo is a new metro station. The stop is located between the areas of Troparevo-Nikulino and Teply Stan.

Project of the station "Troparevo"

Until recently, only designers could answer the question of where the Troparevo metro station will be. Until November 2011, work on the project was carried out by Metrogiprotrans JSC. After this event, the design and design of the station was conducted by PKB Inzhproekt LLC. When choosing a place, I had to reckon with the restrictions associated with the development of part of the underground territory on Leninsky Prospekt, at the house number 123.

Due to the complexity of the underground communications system, design work was carried out for a long time. They could not answer the question of when the Troparevo metro station would open, even during construction work, which was associated with a change in the project during the construction period.

Station decoration

"Troparevo" refers to shallow stations. It is located at a depth of 12 meters underground. The design of the station is quite unusual. Trains run from two sides, along the edges of a wide landing zone, which has a golden semi-mirror surface. At its center are metal structures in the form of trees, on which a double metal ring with large diamond-shaped LED lamps is installed. The top structure is reinforced with special supports.

Lamps give out almost white (with a very faint yellowish tint) light, however, due to the golden color of the floor, the general lighting of the station also has a golden color. On the wall behind the railway tracks at a considerable height there is a strip of mirror tiles reflecting light inside the station. Each second of the metal structures has wooden benches of an intricate shape.

However, it was originally planned to implement a more exotic and complex project: with many small LED lamps that were supposed to hang on the wires that entangled the station ceiling, like on a web. Under them were the same metal structures in the shape of trees. However, it was not possible to implement this project, as it caused a large number of complaints from specialists. First of all, it concerned considerations of comfort and safety. As a result, fans of the Moscow metro again faced the question of when the Troparevo metro station would open.

Lobbies and pavilions

The station includes 2 underground vestibules connected to the ground pavilions through underground passages. Crossings are under Leninsky Prospekt. They are modest in size. There are also exits for elevators.

Construction Methods

When carrying out concrete work, mobile formwork systems of Soviet design were used. The station was built as a single vault; measures were taken to install a reinforced concrete vault. Its concreting was carried out using a mechanized formwork complex, which was adapted to the parameters of this station.

The history of the construction of the metro station "Troparevo"

The construction of the station was carried out by the method of Mosmetrostroy. This process consisted of many stages:

  • First, the territory within the Nikulino park was fenced, where in the beginning of 2012 pre-design work began.
  • Further, in the second month of 2012, work began on installing the wall in the soil layer. These works supposedly continued until the 3rd quarter of 2013.
  • In October 2012 from Art. "South-West" began work tunnel tunnel shield.
  • From the 11th month of 2012 to the 5th month of 2013, the formation of the left inter-station tunnel was going on at a speed of about 13 m / day. In total, 1, 363 meters were covered.
  • In August 2012, digging of the right tunnel began in the direction of Art. "Rumyantsevo."
  • In December 2012, the excavation of the pit necessary for the construction of the station was started.
  • In October 2013, monolithic work was completed and the commissioning of technical systems began.
  • In January 2014, tunnel digging between the Troparevo and Yugo-Zapadnaya stations was completed with a technical complex called Eva. At the same time, work is underway at the station to finish the premises and lay communications. The latter continued in February 2014.
  • In March 2014, problems arose with a complex designed to build dead ends outside the station. Due to the obstacle that occurred underground, it was decided to dismantle the complex. However, this had almost no effect on the timing of the commissioning of the station.
  • In April and May of the same year, digging a pit is carried out and waterproofing is being laid. The installation of the first part of the station decoration is being carried out.
  • In August 2014, the station is being finished on a new project. And at the end of this month - the installation of domes above the stairs.
  • In September 2014, the installation of ceiling structures is underway, and work in the lobby is close to completion. The passage of the test train is delayed.
  • In October 2014, finishing work was nearing completion at the station. Work with domes is being completed, work is beginning to improve the territory. Work is underway to backfill underground structures. The electricity is connected.
  • In November, the railway is tested. In early December, a test train passes through it.

Mode of operation

The station opens at 5:30 a.m. and closes at 1:00 a.m. The last train on 1 track goes at 1:48, and on the second - at 1:08. The track number is indicated on a special information board on subway platforms. The platform is 162 meters long and 12 meters wide.
