Kosachev K. I. heads the State Duma Committee on International Affairs. He is deputy secretary in the general council of United Russia. A family
Kosachev Konstantin was born on September 17, 1962 in the village of Mamontovka, Pushkin District, Moscow Region. His father worked all his life as a diplomat in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Until the age of eight, the family lived in Sweden.
Education

Career
In the ninety-first year, Kosachev K.I. received the post of the first Russian secretary in Sweden at the embassy. Three years later, there he was appointed first as a simple adviser, then in the same position - worked as a planner at the beginning of S. Stepashin (Prime Minister of Russia). And then he became his assistant.
In 1997, already in the post of deputy director of the second department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, who is responsible for implementing foreign policy in the North European direction, he appeared in the media, reporting the details of the case of Valery Petrenko, who was the captain of Zurbagan, a merchant ship, and was arrested in Norway. The captain was accused of drug smuggling.
As a representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kosachev K.I., commented on all the events related to international relations. Later, already in various positions, he explained to the press some events taking place in the external political arena.
Political career
In the ninety-eighth year, Konstantin Kosachev, whose biography is described in this article, became an adviser to Sergei Kiriyenko. He retained his post after the change of prime minister. The new head was Yevgeny Primakov. Kosachev K.I. spoke of him with respect. Often I recalled the episode with the rotation of the plane, which was made over the Atlantic. He called it one of the brightest in that period.

In 1999, he won the parliamentary elections of the 3rd State Duma. There he worked in the Committee on Foreign Relations, deputy chairman. Then - the first deputy head of the electoral bloc "Fatherland - all of Russia." He joined the Commission that oversees the implementation of the missile defense agreements between Russia and the United States of America. He also worked towards promoting Yugoslavia, overcoming the consequences of NATO aggression.
In 2003, Kosachev Konstantin Iosifovich was again elected to the State Duma, but already in the 4th convocation, where he passed on the lists of "United Russia". In the highest legislative body of the country, he worked as the Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Relations. In 2007 he was again elected as a deputy. He was in the same position in parliament. In 2011, he was elected to the State Duma for the fourth time. He worked in the same committee, but already as a deputy chairman.
In 2012, he was appointed to lead the Federal Agency for CIS Affairs and Compatriots Living Abroad, as well as the Committee for Humanitarian International Cooperation and the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Relations with Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
Kosachev Konstantin Iosifovich: Federation Council (SF), 2014, Senator. During this period, he represented the interests of the government of Chuvashia. In the Federation Council, he was appointed Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs. Personal life
Kosachev K.I. is married to Lyudmila Alekseevna. He met his current wife in Sweden. At that time he was a student and was in practice. Lyudmila Alekseevna arrived there on a ticket, which she was awarded as an excellent pupil of communist labor. They had an affair with Konstantin Iosifovich, which then turned into marriage. Three children were born in the family - two daughters and one son (the youngest in the family). He was born in Sweden in 1991.
