Morality and moral phage - what are these concepts?
Morality, as a rule, arose in those sections (image headings) where immoral pictures, resonant articles and pornographic animations were laid out. In a word, it was shock content. Outraged users began to enter into a heated debate with the author of the post (and his advocates) over his immorality. Given the meaninglessness of such a dialogue, regular users of the forum called such people “moral phages”.
That is, the moral phage is a militant moralist. It would seem to sound! But it was not there. Not all outraged were considered moral phages. The meaning of this concept is deeper. The true definition of “moral phages” is full of profanity and direct insults. They are considered limited people in their own worldview, who live according to imposed values and principles.
