Dates of the 2014 autumn draft
On October 1, 2014, the autumn draft in the army began. In Russia, young men aged 18 to 27 are recruited. The order of conscription for military service is signed personally by the President of the Russian Federation. The terms of the autumn draft allow men who have higher education to choose independently, serve a year of military service or two years under the contract. Deferment from the army
In recent years, deviators from the army have become much less, because the service makes men out of boys, and in general it has become prestigious to serve. But there are people who cannot join the army for an objective reason, and they need a respite. Such a procedure is prescribed in the legislation of the Russian Federation, and some of the recruits missed the 2014 autumn draft. Moscow enshrined the dates in a separate law “On Military Duty and Military Service”. It also indicates the reasons why a draftee may receive a deferment, and they are:
- Men who are recognized as temporarily unfit for service, namely for health reasons.
- Men who are the guardians of their close relatives who need constant care.
- Men who raise children on their own.
- Men who have two or more minor children.
- Men who have a disabled child in the family not older than 3 years.
- Men who are candidates for deputies or already deputies - for the term of office.
- Men who have a minor child or whose wife is pregnant for more than 26 weeks.
- Civil servants.
- Men who study full-time in institutions with state accreditation. Deferral is valid only for the period of study.
- Men attending graduate and postgraduate courses in full-time attendance. Deferral is valid only for the period of study.
Today, the State Duma is still thinking how to improve this list.
The end of the 2014 autumn draft
An appeal every year lasts only 3 months, it starts on October 1 and ends on December 31. Until this date, a sufficient number of recruits will be recruited into the army, all of them will be sent to training centers located throughout the country. Army evasion
As soon as the deadline for the autumn draft comes, some men of draft age who are in good health but have no desire to serve in the army begin to think of different ways to avoid getting a summons. Some try to escape abroad, others flee to the village to relatives or to other cities. Do not forget that dodgers will face responsibility, and besides this, hiding every year and twice is not so simple. In the first violation, you may be fined 500 rubles. The amount is not large, but the checkmark for evasion will already be ticked. With further attempts to hide and “slope” away from the army, the offender will receive a fine of 200 thousand rubles. or imprisonment up to two years. Therefore, many people believe that when the deadlines for the autumn draft in the army came, it is better to appear at the military registration and enlistment office, to serve what is supposed to, and to continue to live in peace and not hide.
2015 Autumn Call
Like every year, the decree on the draft is signed by the president, and all experts are confident that there will be an autumn draft-2015. Its terms, as always, will be the same as in previous years. Men who have reached the age of 18 and not older than 27 will be recruited into the army. The terms of the autumn draft are prescribed by law - from 01.10 to 31.12. The following draftees will be an exception:
- Residents of the Far North, their call will begin a month later.
- Villagers - the call will begin on 10/15
- Teachers - they will not be called in the fall.
