Julia Milner, nee Bochkova, was born in Novosibirsk. From 1995 to 2003 she worked as a professional model in Tokyo, Paris, New York.
Becoming the wife of a billionaire and gaining a new status, Julia decided to change her occupation and join the art. Returning to Moscow in 2003, she began to engage in drawing and photography.
Her husband supported her in every possible way, and was able to persuade the most fashionable fashion photographer Mikhail Korolev to give her several lessons. Mikhail later said that he did not teach Julia anything special, just answered her questions.
